Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform. By creating an account on fd444, you agree to all of these terms.

Effective Date: These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the fd444 platform. fd444 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. General Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the fd444 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "member"). fd444 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides various games, sports betting, and casino services to users in Bangladesh.

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the fd444 platform, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with all of their provisions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the fd444 platform.

These Terms should be read together with the "Privacy Policy" and "Responsible Gaming Policy". All of these documents together govern your relationship with fd444.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Important: fd444 is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

To open an account and use services on fd444, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must not be a resident of a country or region where online gaming or betting is completely prohibited.
  • You must have a valid and active banking or Mobile Financial Service (MFS) account.
  • You must not already be subject to any restrictions or self-exclusion.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person.

fd444 reserves the right to verify age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents (National ID, passport, driving licence, etc.) for verification may result in the account being suspended.

3. Account Registration & Identity Verification

3.1 Registration Process

Accounts on fd444 must be created with accurate and truthful information. Providing incorrect or false information is considered a breach of terms and may result in account closure. Each user may hold only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for everything that occurs through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

fd444 may request identity verification (KYC) for withdrawals above a certain amount or to ensure account security. Any one of the following documents may be required:

  • National Identity Card (NID)
  • Valid Passport
  • Driving Licence
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)

fd444 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited on fd444 using common payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are strictly prohibited.

As a secure and reliable platform, fd444 uses SSL encryption to protect all transactions. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawal requests will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, or another method approved by fd444.

Withdrawals may be temporarily held or cancelled in the following cases:

  • Account KYC verification is not completed
  • Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
  • Suspicious or unusual transaction activity
  • A dispute or investigation is ongoing on the account

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on fd444 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, wagering requirements must be met. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount — not on the combined deposit and bonus, but on the bonus amount alone. For example, a ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

Only one welcome bonus applies per account. If a member attempts to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the bonuses cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotions

fd444 may offer additional promotions and offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated in the announcement for that offer. Bonuses may only be usable on games designated by fd444.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

fd444 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No game outcome is predetermined or influenced in any way.

6.2 Sports Betting

Before placing a bet on sports betting, please check the applicable market rules and terms. A separate refund policy applies in the event an event is cancelled or postponed. fd444 reserves the right to change odds or void bets for any reason.

6.3 Technical Issues

If your internet connection drops during a game session or a technical issue occurs, fd444 will attempt to resolve it as fairly as possible. However, fd444 is not responsible for issues related to your internet connection or device.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fd444 and will be considered a breach of terms:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Registering an account with false or fraudulent information
  • Using another person's account or betting with a third party's funds
  • Abusing bonus benefits or engaging in bonus arbitrage
  • Using any type of fraudulent strategy or software
  • Engaging in money laundering or illegal financial activities
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform
  • Misconduct towards other members or fd444 staff
  • Carrying out any activity against fd444 or with the intent to harm the platform
If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found, fd444 reserves the right to immediately close the account and confiscate all balances.

8. Security & Privacy

fd444 does not sell or share your personal information with any third party, however necessary information may be shared with payment processors and technology service providers. All partners are required to comply with our privacy policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

fd444 accepts no liability for the following:

  • Loss of the user's internet connection or device-related issues
  • Technical faults from third-party game providers
  • Losses resulting from the user's own negligence in cases of unauthorised access
  • Service disruptions caused by reasons beyond fd444's control

In any circumstance, fd444's maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question. Gaming is a risky activity — only wager what you can afford to lose.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Action by fd444

fd444 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

  • Any clause of these Terms is violated
  • Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found
  • Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
  • The account remains inactive for an extended period

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, send an email to [email protected]. Before the account is closed, all active bets will be settled and the available balance will be returned (provided the bonus wagering requirements have been met).
